Thanks Po for your kind thoughts. The illness thing is much milder than that & it's all over by now. And as for Steve's thing, I only found out about it by contacting him directly out of desparation and the futures part is incidental to an intensive study of his method which might be tedious for many (though of course I'll lap it up!). Anyway, I'll certainly keep you posted. :)
