The Democrats are proving once and for all that THEY, not the Republicans are the ones who are fiscally responsible. First, the Democrats, not the Republicans enact a series of budgets that not only eliminate deficit spending but leave as a legacy for the new administration a huge surplus, but now the Republicans want to squander it all in a feeding frenzy. Nice to see one of the big myths being blown out of the water.
