ARBA is imploding -- death spiral. I plan to be all over this one for an investment once the bleeding stops. The market has completely lost faith in this story, but I am still a believer in e-procurement and think ARBA has a number of strengths: management with both vision and a proven ability to execute, excellent products (though it needs to penetrate the supply-chain management business aggressively), strong base of blue-chip corporate and e-marketplace customers, good revenue mix (high margins). The market cap for ARBA, right now, is about half that of EBAY, a third that of YHOO -- only about 20 percent higher than AMZN! I personally think ARBA's market opportunity is as great as any in the "Internet" space.
