You know I am. If I was the DA, my choices would have been to charge him with attempted assault with a dangerous weapon (truck) and reckless endanderment or to drop it altogether because the guy got the scare of his life. You must understand that that stretch of road (if it's where I think it is) is mountainous and totally isolated. A trucker could run somebody off the road (or worse) and disappear without a trace. A body might not be found for weeks. She had every right to defend herself IMO.
