One undeniable fact of the physical world is that gravity works very hard to pull all things toward Earth.

In order for anything to fly.........Lift + Thrust must be > than Drag.

Right now CSCO has a lot of drag to overcome. It could be likened to a hot air balloon slowly releasing the gasses that have kept it aloft.

Support in the low twenties may not be an unreasonable theory should there be no added lift or thrust applied. I would think that any additional lift or thrust must come from CSCO itself as opposed to an external force.
