Usually from what I have seen with similar situations in the past and considering FON also spent some marketing dollars to promote ELNK, 30%-40% above their average share per price is what would be the "minimum" expectations. That makes the stock to be at around $23.4-$25.2. But who knows it can go higher or less!

Peter, I still think $400 per sub is the minimum it could go for. That would be about $20 per share (adding in the cash). $500 per sub is over $23. $600, almost $27. Somewhere in the mid-20s seems realistic.

That said, we're seeing some profit taking now. Climb could be slow for a while, though climb it will (IMO). Analysts are jumping back on board, so the brokers can start calling customers with it instead of just filling "unsolicited" orders. Plus, the potential that it is "in play" and its still very low valuation ($133 per subscriber at the moment) should keep the focus on it as a relatively low risk play. Looking for mid-teens over the next few weeks without a deal.

On a TA basis, there was a lot of resistance in the 9 1/2 area and huge volume trying to push through it this AM. Should make for very solid support.

JMO,
Bob
