Bernie, they got the "general drift", but they really thought that the big hits like yesterday and today will occur later next week, so, i gave them a lecture on "timing". They did not appreciate it (g). In the meanwhile, however, I gave in and got back into the bu$$ at $45.5. It surely is not giving up much ground today. I also got into MERQ at $72 flat. but on BRCM breaking $78.25, I got out at a minimal loss of $.25, and will jump back in, probably in the $76 area. Zeev
