yep, i heard that yesterday already. normally outflows are a buy signal, but it depends what the reason is. if people are moving money out because they HAVE to, to pay rent, heating, etc. it isn't. if they do it because they're bearish on stocks, it is.

obviously the sentiment polls, COTs, Rydex ratios show that they're NOT bearish, at least not yet.

besides, insiders keep selling every market recovery....and they haven't bought the recent lows either.
