There comes a point when internal market forces cause reversals, sometimes it is just a flurry of short covering, some times bargain hunters, and some times, everyone that wanted to sell sold. As for SNDK, I factored in an increase in the retail sales and a slight decrease in OEM and a major hit to royalties. You also must factor in Q3 and Q4 which, IMHO, will not be bad at all. As for the costs of starting up, I would not worry about it since it is typically capitalized over the life of the plant and only a small part hits the bottom line.
