I think you're right.Greenie talks Tuesday.He does not want things to get worse so he'd better talk positive.That may be all it takes to bring on a rally.can't find many charts that aren't oversold on the daily or the weekly for that matter.Some potential dojis forming.I like to give them another day for confirmation.Less risk.
