DS, An overly simplified answer is any debt owed by the company that is payable in over a year. In other words did NTAP issue some notes or someting? According to their Balance Sheet that I saw dated 1/16/01 they had over $6 million in Non-Curr. Liab. BTW, how can you properly analyse a company as a potential investment w/o knowing at least a little something about financial statement analysis?
