<<Patron, who are your favorite consumer financial targets?>>

ILD, they've been frustrating as hell! The usual targets (for me) are COF, PVN, HI (which just hit a new high...UFB!), AXP and ACF. ACF should get toasted as auto sales plummet and the consumer pulls in his horns. The others are obviously credit card giants, and I'm hopeful they'll get nailed as delinquency rates rise. At the moment the only ones I'm in are PVN (short, just sold some Feb poots yesterday) and ACF (poots, and I'm underwater on 'em). My advice is use the charts and tight stops on any of these, or give yourself plenty of time on the poots (? summer). Better yet, wait for the next rate cut and short/poot an hour or two later.

Their time will come, but as the whole world economy seems to be dependant on the American consumer, everything will be done to keep him spending....untill nothing works anymore.
