Sherry, make sure to get a "throwaway" e-mail address, in case you get tired of all the spam you get. By posting your address in your SI profile, you are inviting spam. There are robots that scan web pages looking for e-mail addresses. (I have mine in my profile - doesn't matter to me, I am a spam magnet, due to having participated in Usenet during the early days and being a webmaster, with my address all over multiple web pages and WHOIS records. I have fairly effective anti-spam measures in place, including software that automatically notifies the spammer's ISP.)
