Rights aren't, the idea of rights aren't, and the application of rights CERTAINLY aren't as anyone can see

"Rights" are not equal. The idea of "rights" are not equal. The application of "rights" are not equal.

The idea of RIGHTS is equal within a chest hair amongst rational people. The application is totally unequal.

RIGHTS are ideas. The best chess player in the world will beat almost every human being in the world--almost every time in a chess game; Because the ethics he uses to inform his decisions are the ethics of reason. He/She wants His/Her men/women to exist. He/She plays by RULES and by REASON. His/Her moves take place within the rules of FREEDOM (if you like, reality in the abstract, without any force).

The ultimate (almost) rules of rationality are the ultimate (almost) rules of ethics. Most people can play a game by ethical rules. But playing life by rational ethical rules is so very very hard. Being fair, decent, and above board is such a piss-off. How can one bear it??
