Claude,

With respect to e-gold, who pays for storage and insurance costs of the physical gold? The Central Fund of Canada (CEF) is a fund whose holdings consists primarily of gold and silver buillion. The fund always seems to have to have rights offerings or actually sell off some buillion in order to pay for these costs.
