Well, the novice investors provide us with the capital our companies need. When there are no novice investors, then we will have big problems.

Besides, what one person considers a novice may actually be an expert in areas that the one person does not understand.

I find this thread to be incredibly interesting in helping me understand an extremely complicated sector of the U.S. techological economy.

I have a B.A. in economics, a law degree, and was once an Antitrust Division prosecutor. Now I'm a math teacher. I find the level of discussion on this thread very enlightening. I am constantly steered in fine directions by people like you and DS. Thank you.

The short fuses exhibited here are simply the result of some frustration many of us are having currently as a result of Wall Street's conservative and misguided analyses these days.

The uncertainty is reflected by the staggering volatility, even on a intra-day basis. It's insane.
