Hi Adam:
Just wondering if you or anyone on the thread has any idea why Mr. Ellison filed to sell 32 million shares in the past 3 weeks. It would be astonishing if it had to do with poor anticipated results since Class action suits would follow immediately. Indeed, Oracle has had its share of a Class action suit in the early 90's and it's hard to believe
Mr. Ellison wants to go through that again. My guess is he wouldn't be filing 144's if he had any idea results would not reach expectations. Yet, he needs hundreds of
millions for something. I've not seen any news about such a need. Any thoughts?
