Another ugly day. But it good to see we're all still alive!

I bought some CPST yesterday, but looks as if I caught the sharp part of the knife! To compound matters I sold CPN too soon. Yeesh!

Y'all have a good weekend and we'll fight 'em again next week.

New lows each day, and it's still overvalued.

I've read many comments saying SCMR is overvalued but no one backs up these claims with data. I understand that a price to sales ratio around 20 is high but when put in context of the revenue growth rate, I'm not so sure that the ratio is out of line. For example, VTSS has a P/S over 22 but they have consistently shown incredible revenue growth for many years (I know there are plenty of folks who say that VTSS is overvalued due to it's high P/S but they've been making that argument, literally, for years).

I've no position in SCMR at this time but I'm looking at them closely. My friend at Nortel hasn't gotten back to me about them. When I asked him about SCMR on Wednesday, he said it was too pricey and he wouldn't buy it at $200/share. When I told him the stock was trading in the 20s he started laughing and said he had better start doing some homework!
