It definately could however CSCO and JNPR's inflated market cap make it highly suspect, lots of longs are underwater in JNPR and will most likely sell on any rally.

Sure it will spring up, I can't tell ya how much it will spring up. But lets say it goes up $2.00 on say 200 shares thats $400.00 in your pocket. To tell ya the tought I like CSCO @ 28 although I do not have a position there.
