OR, Ditch, Ladenburg hadn't done anything that would warrant a payment of $2.6 million and they knew it. Glass is half empty or half full.

I don't think they understand how it works, although Zeev did explain it fully. They are now fully involved in a death spiral from toxic finance ie: Convert Debs....and no fundamentals. No way up....one way out and with less money, but better than nothing. Most will just stand there like a deer with headlights in the eyes. Watching to the end. TG
