Yes, my choice of rights is based on reason and ideas, like yours. In fact, they're based on very similar ideas and reason. But my rights are just a potential right until the social contract affirms them.

But many of your "rights" won't be affirmed. The social contract might put chains on your ankles and force you to pick cotton. I said, "rights" are based on ideas (right, wrong, moral immoral, racist, prejudiced--u mame it). RIGHTS are based on REASON, which (though not absolute)...can still get you live quotes.

Your apprehension of RIGHTS may be ignored by society--and they may (instead) give you your "rights"--based on prejudice and power rather than reason. Use your imagination as to what your "rights" could be?

So what is it that gives force and legitimacy to your RIGHTs?

REASON and REASON.

When they are applied as "rights"...they utilize the forces of police officers, and military, and Weider's home gym.
