It could be both, I do not have an answer to all questions, right now, I think that the massacre is on schedule, and we get a short term relief rally. To decide whether February indeed had a massacre you'll have to compare the high on January 31st at 2:15 PM (the exact get out time the turnips recommended) to the low in late February early January, right now, that is a decline of 17% (from 2972 to 2455), not yet a "major massacre". Actually, late last year, the turnips said get out no later than the third week of January (the Naz high on the 24th was 2892), they missed on the high as well (they had 2950, with a possible overshoot to 3050, we missed by 50 naz points).
