rbenigni..I agree but I think the way is being paved as we write. The upcoming New Orleans show the end of this month combined with the just finished forum in California and the letter sent out to retail costumers will pay dividends hopefully sooner than we think. again JMHO

The most perplexing ESL drift is the outcome of every past multi-store rollout. In TLS's case, consider Loblaws, Flemming, Edwards, and A&P. Each conducted trials, rolled out multiple stores and subsequently lost all enthusiasum for the game.

It's all very consistent! Makes one wonder what transpires. Maybe this time around, "leap frog folks" will rule the roost. However, "follow the leader" has always been the retail way. New technology, new focus, new faces, new markets AND A NEW LEADER is our only hope.
