Hey check out the new line. Actually some style. Now granted the 93 850 I have is not too sytlish (but was a massive leap for volvo at the time) but with 120k it has had low maintainence costs and drives fine.

Actually looking @ the new 850 replacement this year (S60?). This model looks nice. Now volvos have never been known for their pep but what the heck.

Of course the price is out of line (you pay for the safety) but when you consider the longetivity, safety and resale its not bad.

Of course BMW has these plus performance (although maintainence is a tad higher) but lack the front wheel drive. In New England we were just reminded why we need front wheel drive.
