If gas prices go up enough people will buy smaller more efficient cars and car companies will compete to
provide them.

Very true...
Also, if people would actually drive the more fuel efficient cars we wouldn't be in as much doo-doo either.
Like I said before, Americans love those guzzlers...
Now who's fault is that?

If the ANWR refuge is drilled it will be because people want to feed those SUVs with cheap gas...
NOT because some oil company wants to drill it...
