Mephisto--I hate to sound like a Clinton-hater--I'm not, hell, I defend them both most of the time, but I'd have to say that I thought that Hillary's registering for house-warming gifts was pretty egregious; she couldn't take these gifts as a senator, so she quickly registered BEFORE she was sworn in! Jesus, she just got $8 million in a book advance--why do they need to try and skirt the ethics laws??? It makes her (and him) look greedy and grasping; maybe THEY don't care, but I sure as hell would, and it makes it harder to defend them....
