He's making it more efficient dickhead. Bushes budget does't kick in until next year.

Seems to me that Bush is folding pretty quickly to the Dem claims that his plan to dramatically cut taxes while at the same time signficantly boosting the defense budget will bring us back to the insane deficits of the early '80's. He is already starting to get worried that his first year will be known for squandering the Clinton surplus. And it is apparent that the tax cut won out over the GIs. Dick Cheney may want to tell those folks that now that the campaign is over, help may not be on the way after all.
