If we wanted that Vern It's only 3 weeks and you are starting to realize you were screwed. LOL it's going to be a long 3 years. You should check around and see what the Texas legislature is finding out about the Bush legacy. I would tell you but I don't want to spoil the surprise. I've paid off all my debts, stacked away cash, moved further into real estate, and just plan to watch the scales fall from your eyes. As W always says SUCKER! TP
