Yes, I agree how the court defines the word "attack" may well determine if Zwebner is legally entitled to $1 million from Dobry. Seems to me "attack" would have a much lower burden of proof than, say, "defame". Even so, all Zwebner would have to do is show that only one thing is not true and thus an attack, not the whole thing.

I would expect that once Zwebner's suit against Les French and the Worm is concluded we will know "the truth". I don't expect those guys to cave like Dobry did. And, who knows, when it's all over they might well be spending Dobry's money (gg).
