Glenn did you know back in 1998 I started a .com selling bricks, cobblestones, and cinder blocks? The "free shipping" offers I did generated a lot of business. I even had a 'bricks and mortar' department!

But I couldn't get any VC funding so I could never do the ipo I had dreamed of.

Victor,

I really like this part of your post: "I even had a 'bricks and mortar' department!" LOL. By the way did you know Bezos said he obtained his VC money when it was not easy to get? According to my calculation, that was when easy began.

seriously, welcome back- hope you and William had a nice respite from my dribble! </i?

Thank you. It really was a nice trip. SF has changed a lot since I was last there about five years ago. I found it really an interesting area although too many people for a place for me to wish to live. Clearly, others love it.

And jeez- first Kiplinger's, now CNBC !! Who's your agent anyway ?

I believe I just post way too much. I do wish I had seen the CNBC show or knew when it was on so I could have taped it. I am a very shy person so I wanted to see if I looked nervous even though it was only taped. Scott Cohen from CNBC is really a nice fellow as was the camera man.
