No prtoblem,
1st create 2 new subfolders in your Inbox.
Highlight Inbox
Right Click
Select "New Folder"
Name your "New Folder"
Now with your Inbox still highlighted click "Organize" on the toolbar
See it says "Create a rule to move new messages" select "Sent to" and fill in the address you
want to associate with the new Inbox. After "into" put in the name of your new inbox.
If you highlight a message to the address that you want to associate with a new Inbox the
recipient automatically appears in the sent to field.

If I wasn't clear enough, here's another way from Help > Rules:

Create a new rule
Click Inbox .

On the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.

Click New.

Follow the instructions in the Rules Wizard.

If you want to run a newly created rule on messages already in the Inbox, select the Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox check box in the last page of the Rules Wizard.
Tip If you want to run a newly created rule on messages in a folder other than the Inbox, click Rules Wizard on the Tools menu, and then click Run Now.
