Good morning Bernard,

Just about everything I tracked was red too. Except for my LVCI. You gotta wonder why it was up on yet another down day. Look at this post that I wrote last Sat. -- funny, if I had written it today, it would still be accurate.

I'm gonna get off my "gloom & doom" soapbox, but if you don't read Market Rap, you should. You should also read some of the "back issues". It'll give you some insight that you'd only get if you lived through a serious market down turn.

There will still be OTCBB and NASDAQ momentum opportunities for a while. But try to think of what's going on as a pond (or a lake) that has a water level that is getting lower and lower. Life will go on, it just won't be as easy as it was before.

Back in the 70s and early 80s, before the public fell in love with the stock market, they were in love with real estate, since real estate prices increase during periods of inflation and during increases in the number of home buyers. The 1970s had both.

Back then, all the "get rich quick" charlatans ..... were in real estate. My point is that the con artists always move to where the easy money is.

Regards,
Chris
