Fallope, thanks for the info on 144s, which are planned (not actual sales) by officers and directors. It is hard to interpret what this means. Insiders are supposed to file their intent to sell well in advance of the sale. It seems to me that one could interpret this as either (1) no confidence in future stock price appreciation or (2) the expectation that once the stock price does recover, then the officer will sell some stock.

In other words, it means the stock might not recover for awhile, or that it might recover!
