I see the Dow making a huge top. A new high would not surprise me during the next few months, but I expect a big break down during the second half. Not to 6000, but something like 7500-8000.

Zeev,

I looked into the idea of using major tops as supports and didn't find much visual evidence that this works well in a long series of data. I found the idea of channel boundaries to be more convincing. The caveat is this is an impression of mine, I have not done empirical work in this area.
