We all know that CSFB's "hold" is really a "sell". I think Amit is betting on Goliath, but we know how that story ended. EMC has apparently recognized that content management/distribution is the real game, not storage, and finds itself years behind in software development. Not to mention the fact that NAS is the natural platform for content networking, and EMC still does not have the price/performance, scalability (center to edge), nor enabling software platforms required to compete there.
