Assuming that we actually know what the terms of the current agreement is, yes it likely does. It may be worth it to Intel to do that, their product line looks really anemic otherwise and a Fab30 at 0.13 micron and 2500 WSW could chew great bleeding chunks out of their marketshare. It might happen anyway, but that way they might have a shot.
