Hi Ray:

I can't answer all your questions, but the applicable IEEE standard for
BBFW at 2-11GHz is 802.16.3 (licensed frequencies) and 802.16.4
for 5-6Ghz unlicensed. You can access the working documents
by going to grouper.ieee.org and following links
to the above mentioned groups. Final standards have not been
adopted yet. Several of the systems (VOFDM and the system
proposed by Iospan) do not require LOS.
