They are trying to expose information about a fellow poster (against the TOS), and displayed a page from someone who most likely has nothing to do with SI, implying that he is the person who posts under the name Bilow (buy-low).

What is going on here is an attempt at "outing" a poster, as a technique to prevent him from posting. Bill Clinton isn't a poster, nor is he anonymous, so you can't violate ToU by attempting to expose him.

Being reduced to attempting to out bears is not a great sign of an ability to put together a cogent argument about technology or the marketplace. I just finished reading "Underboss", and the technique of outing reminds me of typical organized crime techniques: Get the job done by threatening the guy's job, home, relatives or family.

It's also not a great sign of confidence in the Rambus situation, it's more a sign of fear.
