You're right. I'm pretty sure ARM is a British company and Intel pick up a license when they took DEC to the cleaners following their little legal dispute (initiated by DEC).

Hi Paul,

Intel wasn't even an initial player in this market.

As a result, Intel is now playing design-win catch-up.
