Jeff,

Hahahahahahaha...

Yet another idle threat?

This guy expects me to really believe that a competent attorney (oops, he did refer to attorneys at least once, no doubt for the effect of painting the picture of a large law firm to the reader) would advise him to press a lawsuit after he's been posting on the threads? He expects me to believe that a competent attorney would allow him to continue to post on a chat room thread knowing that legal action was being contemplated? Give me a break. Perhaps his legal needs would be better served by having his attorney advise him that he'll be held to a different legal standard than those CEOs who have never posted on a chat room thread. Perhaps he should be advised that his postings can be used against him in a court of law. Perhaps he should be informed of the differences between an expression of opinion and legal libel in a court of law. And perhaps he should be informed that he or his company (and in some cases his lawyers) can be held financially liable by the court for all of the defense litigation costs should his civil suit be found to be frivolous...

I just love the way these guys spend their shareholders' money... Of all his business needs, he's in effect telling his shareholders that the best use of his company's limited funds is to sue a chat room participant... It sounds to me like he's more concerned with the price of the stock than he is with revenues and earnings and the like... It sounds to me like he's trying to use the threat of legal actions to silence critics...

This is really funny. Charges??? Where'd this guy get his legal "know-how" from? My opinion is that he might have watched a few episodes of "Cops" and 1/2 an episode of "Law and Order" and now he knows some "terminology", so he's an "expert". Yet in only a single post, he unintentionally reveals (at least to me) that he knows little to nothing of civil law, and I'm supposed to believe that he's been with his attorney(s) and they've been waiting for the right time to "spring" upon this skeptic? Make me laugh...

Good find, Jeff. Best laugh I've had in while now...

PS - Check out some of the liquidators' sales and see if any of those items he mentioned were ever auctioned off in liquidation proceedings...

I am very thankful for the many emails the Company has received concerning the pending litigation of "bashers". Some of the material has been very helpful. I want to point out we will also be taking action against StockPatrol.com. The "stock patrol" never contacted the Company in search of answers, never contacted any of the parties they mention in their series of articles and never provided any real evidence, only allegations. Did they try to verify how successful the Companies infomercials are at this time, did they research the many people who received shares to find out the real service they have provided the Company, did they try to understand how much cash is required to fund a successful campaign like BBJ, prepaid media, inventory, carrying millions in receivables while the five pay cycle is completed. A real journalistic piece would attempt to answer those questions. They have not even attempted, therefore, this is "bashing" at its best. I promise the shareholders this battle will be fought and we will do everything possible to protect the integrity of IFTP.
