Bezos does not send annual report to Amazon short holders. Maybe those Amzon longs can check on that. Bezos hardly provides any information to Amazon longs. The entire operation is one huge secret and is protected as though it is national security. One could not even get sales by category until the year 2000 and one category is books, music and video. One cannot compare book sales to prior years etc. Amazon provides no breakout at all for the other departments. If I was long this stock, I would have a fit. Providing revenue by category certainly would not give away trade secrets to competitors.
