no, imho it's just establishing a new trading range--will likely set a lower low and then bounce back and set a lower high for the move. maybe the new top of the range will be 35. if cisco does in fact move toward the single digits where some think it should be, imho it will take a couple years for that to happen. also, probably need a catastrophic event (e.g., war). on the current slide, i personally could see making a speculative long play soon. i Think cisco bottoms in the coming week, only to break 22 later in the year.
