Quit whining about the Dems. The Republicans are in charge, and they are screwing up.

Bush declared the tax cut to be "just right" before he bothered to work out his budget. i.e. He has no clue if his tax cut will fit into the budget.

He is an irresponsible moron, just like Reagan was.
