The EPA: "the Gestapo of government," says Tom DeLay

DeLay's loathing of environmental regulations motivated
him to run for office, and he has called the Environmental Protection Agency "the Gestapo of government." Intensely partisan, he makes
his disdain for President Clinton clear at every opportunity. It was DeLay who lobbied colleagues not to settle for censure but to go for impeachment.
