Monty,

You have to be careful with Candle Sticks because you can easily be burned.

;)

So the ones I note more are
- Piercing line / Dark Cloud Cover when found at the end of an extended move -or- at an important test of bottom / top

- inside days, harami, inside doji - all these are indicision candles/patterns.
