"You might call it [in the Dow and S&P] - arrested destruction."

ron, thanks for bringing this thread to my attention,
especially since i am a gold bug with a gata nut brain
and you and hutch think a nation's fiat currency should
have zero restrictions on it nature and implementation
just so long as you and hutch are able to adapt with how
those powers behind it wheel & deal the world's paper
money supply. Goes without saying that you and hutch
shutter at any mention of, say for example using the
most extreme controls possible, a gold standard.

Best if you and hutch read and examine with great care
my posts here on this thread, that i have BookMarked
thanks to you, latest news of the physical gold markets
that have attached paper gold in the form of toilet paper,
and paper gold that exists only as mathematical thoughts,
and paper gold that exists only in the future, and also
physical gold bars loaned out by Central Banks that will
be returned once the folks who now have them as jewerly
will return them for melting back into bullion.

Now just incase you have not been taking notice of that
area in the world that understands from a learning of
past history "Who has the gold... makes the rules."

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 2000--A lawsuit filed in U.S. District
Court in Boston with the support of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee
accuses five investment houses, the Bank for International Settlements,
and top officials of the U.S. Treasury Department and U.S. Federal
Reserve Board of conspiring to suppress the price of gold.

The lawsuit gata.org
charges the defendants with price fixing, securities fraud,
and breach of fiduciary duty. U.S. government officials are
accused of exceeding their constitutional authority.

Now ron lets get to business, and follows is stuff that
you can discuss here on this thread as on-topic.

US MARKETS

Alan Greenspan is being deceitful when he says...

... you are now witnessing the greatest monetary expansion
in history, and what effect might the Reg Howe GATA lawsuit
have in upsetting the elitist's applecart.

... really haven't had a correction in the Dow and S&P stocks.

You might call it - arrested destruction.

Alan Greenspan is determined not to make the decisions
the FED did in 1930-31 and that was to strangle liquidity.

He will continue to overwhelm the economy with liquidity.

This massive money creation binge has begun and we haven't
even had a financial failure or a declared recession.

There is no record for what Greenspan is now attempting
and if he is wrong the whole system could self-destruct.

America is over borrowed, both by consumers, business
and in the financial community.

The collapsing junk bond market has added to the dilemma
as has the California energy crisis and persistently higher
oil and gas prices.

Our question is:

What happens when the unexpected negative event occurs?

As a result of overheated and unsustainable demand,
fed by the FED and the Treasury, there will be a nasty adjustment.

When you stop and think about it you can see all of the players
have simply gone crazy.

How can they ever expect a happy ending?

Doug.. put me on ignore...

Don't follow me around like a little lost puppy dog...

Don't put posts on other threads that I hang out on,
when you have no intent, and actually admit being
incapable, of contributing...

You may not like me, but that doesn't mean you have to
inflict your inanity on others who would rather have
nothing to do with you.

Get a life....

Don't limit yourself..

Go back to the GPM thread...

I invited HUTCH to join us, not those who are only capable
of casting more heat than light.
