Charts are useless for trending towards a breakout.

When I mention the bookings will come back March 15 in semiconductor business; you have to qualify the fundamental with warnings by semiconductor business and their customers. So far Motorola semi will slash 4000 jobs, then Compaq warned slower sales today, which means Pentium 4 is not selling well.

Then you have to look at overbought on each individual stock which may be suppressed for 2 years coming like AOL or Dell. Making money with TA is difficult unless you are lucky having a crap shot winning without loaded dice.

INTC bullish candle confirmation.

Off of last Friday's inverted hammer candle, marks a bullish reversal of the previous downtrend.
