Thank you for taking the time write about it. You make enormous sense, as usual, and may count me among the converts. I truly wasn't aware of the degree of the problem.

Karen, As a singer, I can attest to the havok fragrances can wreak on noses and throats. I've had to ask entire choirs not to wear perfumes if I were singing a solo and I;m not as sensitive as you are. It's very embarrassing because you KNOW they think you are being a prima donna. The reaction scents set off is almost immediate for me--and can have me whipping out my inhaler in minutes. Some are much worse than others-- citrusy has little effect, but some of the more expensive ones are LETHAL.
