Agree'd, but again, thats not what he SI challenge does...One buy of 100 shares of a high price stock that appreciates 10% cancels out 5 stocks of lower value that grow 100%..

So, if you could give your child of 100 stocks of any value, you'd choose high priced ones.
If you had a set amount of cash, you'd pick differently.

2 different thought processes with 2 sets of rules.
The SI rules, although clear, do not bode well for real life examples.

Speaking of kids...time to go build a snow man with them.
