"The Reagan's paid taxes on Nancy's gifts"

Gifts in the amount of 10,000 per year to any one person are not taxable and I think this was the case during most of Reagan's term. Also, the donor is primarily responsible for the gift tax not the donee. If the donor doesn't pay the donee can be made to pay.

<<And btw, maybe you can provide some details on
house the Reagans built with friends money>>

It was covered earlier. As the Reagans didn't have the funds of their trust instantly available, friends bought the house. The Reagans paid the friends with interest.

Reagan paid the taxes. Ask the IRS. Clinton hasn't even admitted taking the gifts yet.

Please explain all the criminal acts the Clintons committed over the past eight years.
